GoProvidence is offering the PVD Weekday Deal, a flexible savings incentive to help you maximize your event budget. Book a qualifying weekday meeting in Providence and receive a $35 savings credit per reserved overnight room on a weekday peak night, applied directly to your hotel master account. Learn more below.
How it Works
- Book your event through GoProvidence
- Arrive Sunday–Thursday & stay at least two nights in Providence, RI (not including Sat. night stays)
- Receive a $35 savings credit per reserved overnight room on a weekday peak night
- Apply your flexible savings to:
- Guest room charges
- Food & beverage
- Meeting space rental
- Audiovisual and other contracted services

*The Small Print | PVD Weekday Deal:
- Providence single-hotel meetings with 10-200 rooms on peak, with groups arriving Sunday – Thursday (excluding Sat. night stays), receive a $35 savings credit per reserved overnight room on peak night.
- Saturday night stays do not qualify for this incentive.
- Minimum 2-night stay required.
- Subject to availability and hotel participation.
- This offer is only valid at participating Providence hotels.
- New business opportunities are eligible. Repeat groups initially booked prior to the launch of this campaign (Sept. 21, 2023) are not eligible.
- Groups must be booked through GoProvidence (Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau) to be eligible.
- Incentive funds will be applied directly to group’s hotel master bill.
- There is a limited amount of funding allocated to this incentive program. The expiration of this promotion is at the discretion of GoProvidence.

- Who qualifies for the PVD Weekday Deal?
Meetings at a single participating Providence hotel with 10 to 200 rooms on peak, arriving Sunday through Thursday with a minimum two-night stay. Groups must book through GoProvidence, and the deal is for new business.
- How much can my group save?
You’ll receive a $35 credit for each reserved room on your peak night, applied directly to your hotel master bill. For example, a group with 100 rooms on peak saves $3,500, and a group with 200 rooms saves $7,000.
- Can I use the deal at any hotel?
The deal is valid only at participating hotels in Providence and is subject to availability. Contact our team to find out which hotels are participating for your dates.
- Do weekend nights count?
No. Groups must arrive Sunday through Thursday, and Saturday night stays don’t qualify.
- Is there a deadline to book?
Funding for this incentive is limited, and GoProvidence may end the promotion at any time, so we recommend submitting your RFP early.
